a) Booking process

A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us (for example, by email) and, where applicable, after payment of the required deposit or full amount.

b) Prices and currency

Prices for services will be communicated clearly before you confirm your booking. Prices may be shown in different currencies depending on the location of the retreat or the nature of the service.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

c) Payments

Payments may be processed through secure third‑party payment providers. You agree to comply with the terms and conditions of those providers.

We do not store full payment card details on our systems.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

a) Cancellations by you

If you wish to cancel your participation in a retreat, session, or course, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible.

Specific cancellation and refund conditions (including deadlines and any non‑refundable deposits) will be communicated for each retreat or service. These conditions may vary depending on location, season, and logistical arrangements.

b) Cancellations or changes by us

We reserve the right to cancel or modify a retreat, session, or course in case of:

  • Insufficient participants

  • Safety concerns or force majeure (for example, natural disasters, political instability, pandemics)

  • Illness or unavailability of the facilitator

  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

In such cases, we will offer you one or more of the following options, as appropriate:

  • Transfer to another date or retreat

  • Credit for future services

  • Partial or full refund, depending on the situation and costs already incurred

We are not responsible for any additional costs you may incur, such as flights, visas, insurance, or other travel expenses.

7. Participant Responsibilities

By joining a retreat, session, or course, you agree to:

  • Take full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and mental well‑being.

  • Inform us in advance of any relevant health conditions, medications, or special needs.

  • Follow reasonable instructions from the facilitator and respect the guidelines of the space.

  • Treat other participants, staff, and local communities with respect and kindness.

We reserve the right to ask a participant to leave an activity or retreat if their behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful. In such cases, no refund will be due.

8. Health and Medical Disclaimer

Our teachings and practices are spiritual and meditative in nature. They are not medical treatment and do not replace professional healthcare.

You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any practice that may affect your health, especially if you:

  • Have a physical or mental health condition

  • Are pregnant

  • Are taking medication

  • Have a history of trauma or severe psychological difficulties

By participating, you acknowledge that you do so voluntarily and at your own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in our materials (including texts, images, logos, graphics, audio, video, and teachings) is owned by Ashraf Mystic or used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly share any content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non‑commercial use.
