In such cases, we will offer you one or more of the following options, as appropriate:

We are not responsible for any additional costs you may incur, such as flights, visas, insurance, or other travel expenses.

7. Participant Responsibilities

By joining a retreat, session, or course, you agree to:

Take full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and mental well‑being.

Follow reasonable instructions from the facilitator and respect the guidelines of the space.

We reserve the right to ask a participant to leave an activity or retreat if their behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful. In such cases, no refund will be due.
